I want to thank Carrie and the wait staff for making my birthday so memorable. Yes, the food was delicious, but when the staff sang the restaurant's special birthday song done to the tune of "That's Amore," I was tremendously touched. Thank you all for making my birthday extra-special.

This is one of my favorites. Lot of delicious food served In a beautiful atmosphere. The service is top notch!! The price is very reasonable. The don't have a sharing charge. If you tell your server you sharing, they actually divide the food for you before serving. Mostly delicious !!!!!

I've been a long time customer of pasta too since they were in that small little location that is now a laundromat. I love that when they grew they didn't change their prices and didn't change their food. That's one thing that usually happens when restaurants grow. I was glad to see that that didn't change with pasta too. I love that their portion size too! Don't change pasta too We love you!

Met my aunt and her husband for an early dinner/late lunch, was a good experience. They had some gluten free options, which we greatly appreciated. Service with efficient and friendly. Ambiance is Tuscany like with choice of booth or tables. They have a small Italian food items store in the lobby and lots of variety of pastas, cookies, sauces and much more! Parking is easy as it's a stand alone building with private lot. Steps or a ramp to access the front entrance. Enjoyed our visit and the food. Thank you!

My friend and I shared stuffed mushroom, lasagna and spaghetti with meatballs. The mushroom is delicious with plenty of crabmeat, the lasagna is filled with huge amount of cheese and meat. It took us one hour to come over here from downtown but the time is totally deserved considering the satisfactory portion of food.

My family probably comes here a couple times a month; it's an excellent neighborhood standby for good Italian food at absolutely enormous portions. They do even the small things very well. For example, the bread is fresh baked, warm and soft when it gets to your table, and it arrives with a sundried tomato dip that is out of this world. They used to sell this in bottles but I haven't seen it available at the front of the shop recently. My family thinks their wedding soup is some of the best in the city, and their tossed salad is elevated with the addition of unexpected ingredients such as celery and peppers. Get the homemade Italian dressing. My only complaint here is that as a vegetarian, I have virtually no sauce options to choose from because they all start with some kind of meat base. Tomato sauce, vodka sauce, Alfredo sauce, everything is a no-go. Even the pizza sauce has this issue. Fortunately, my favorite thing here is the pillowy cheese ravioli and they will make it special with a garlic butter sauce that works for me. I know their sauces here are well-loved, enough so that they are stocked on the shelves at local grocers, but that makes me all the more confident that they could introduce a killer marinara and be more inclusive. How about it, Pasta Too? The menu is extensive, servers are efficient and knowledgeable, and there is a good sized dining area to move customers through when there is a wait. Although you will have a wait here weekend evenings, it usually isn't that long and they are very good at keeping things moving. Take some of your food to go (you're going to either way) and ask to see the dessert tray. It's a rotating selection of house-made options and there's always something worth the splurge.

Our son took us out to dinner, and he picked this restaurant. I have not been here in a decade or two. Getting into the parking lot is challenging coming from 88N, no left turns to get into the parking lot. We were seated fast for arriving at 5pm. The service was excellent. Glasses of water filled and appetizer, side salads, and entrees were timed correctly. My son wanted the stuffed bread stick. I was not a fan, but the Marinara was excellent. I got the stuffed scrimp with a Cesar side salad and fettuccine Alfredo side. Both the scrimp and fettuccine needed a touch of spice, whether it be garlic or salt/pepper. They both were missing something. It was a good meal. The ambiance was bustling. It is a very popular place. The fake flowers and grapes could go, and some clean updates made to the decor.

This was my second time here and for some unknown reason I forgot pictures both times. I came for lunch both times and this place is busy!! The restaurant is somewhat small and the tables are packed together tightly. It's very difficult to have a conversation because it is very loud. Our server was friendly and efficient. First time I had the lasagna, and today I had the baked penne. The lasagna portion was huge and very good. The baked penne was excellent. They also provide fresh Italian bread with a great dipping sauce. Definitely a good choice.

I do love Pasta Too. My favorite restaurant Italian and otherwise. I've never been dissatisfied with my food. I do agree though with another reviewer though that it would be nice if you didn't feel like you're having dinner with the table beside you. It's very tight in there and that can get quite annoying. I did get my usual linguini and white clam sauce last night which I get every single time I go. The white sauce seemed off and very heavy last night. I didn't even finish eating it because it just was not per usual. I've used them for catering several times and it was chefs kiss

Again and again my favorite restaurant in all of pittsburgh! Been going since I was a small kid and it's always the same - consistently amazing. Chicken parm is my favorite dish , I always get it with a side of ziti and a salad with home made blue cheese dressing. We tried the stuffed banana peppers for an app tonight and they were stellar! Also a first, got the spumoni ice cream for dessert and it was TO DIE FOR!!! Ps, if you are gluten free you can get chicken parm without the breading and a side of gluten free pasta. That's what I did tonight and I have to tell you, I can't wait to go back. Pss- the service is always incredible as well, Pam knocked it out of the park tonight. THANK YOU PASTA TOO!
